The SmartAgriHubs Innovation Portal is committed to user privacy.

When you are registered to the Innovation Portal, your data are being shared with other registered users, which can commercial parties as well. 

The SmartAgriHubs Innovation portal may provide links to third-party sites. In order to use third party content on our website and portal, you may need to accept their specific terms and conditions, including their cookie policies over which we have no control.

 

Why do we need your data?

We aim to facilitate matchmaking and information sharing between all registered SmartAgriHubs stakeholders. If you are looking for an SME, a partner in your experiment, a technology provider etc, you can find them here. To facilitate this, we need the data registered in your profile account.

 

What will we do, or not do, with your data?

Your personal data will only be used in the context of the Innovation Portal. Schuttelaar & Partners makes every effort to protect your data. Only registered parties will be able to view the data that you fill in. Unregistered parties will not have access and your data will not be sold to third parties.

 

How will you use our platform?

When you register to the Innovation Portal, you are at least 18 years old. Without permission, you will not send personal data obtained on the platform to third parties. Also, you are aware that the other registered parties on the platform can contact you.

To have a fully functional portal, we store your:

Do we use cookies?

This portal uses web analytics service provided by Schuttelaar & Partners. Cookies (small text files stored locally on your computer) are used to help analyse how people use this portal. The collected information, including your IP-address will be stored on servers in The Netherlands. Schuttelaar & partners will use this information to generate reports on the portal usage. Schuttelaar & Partners will only share the collected information with third parties when legally required to do so. Your IP-address will not be combined with that of other websites or other data sources that are available to Schuttelaar & Partners.

 

What are your rights?

You have the right to access your personal data and/or to improve it, add to it, delete it, or block certain parts of it at any time. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, when processing is based on consent, as described above.
