Boosting innovation for livestock farming in Europe - BLIVE
The BLIVE project aims at connecting the different stakeholders in the livestock sector with start-ups working on innovative solutions to tackle the challenges faced by the sector (i.e. climate change, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability) and to improve its efficiency.
How
To reach its objectives, the project implemented a series of activities: scouting interesting livestock-related start-ups, collecting best practices on livestock farming, and the organization of networking events for information and knowledge sharing among the different actors in the livestock sector.
Next steps
Supporting the livestock network through the hosting and/or participation of relevant events (e.g. conferences, fairs), and collaborating with different stakeholders (including start-ups) from the livestock sector in related initiatives.
