DIGIWINE - R&D on the digitalization of the wine production workflow
The project in question intends to research the Belgian wine producer’s administrative burdens and other administrative needs in order to subsequently englobe them within a digital workflow, sustained by a unique ad hoc platform. The aim is a platform, to ease the administrative duties of winemakers and thus give them more time where it matters the most, in the vineyard and cellar. The second goal is to put forward their craftsmanship and their respect for terroir and climate in the spotlight. This will improve visibility, both internally (operational winemaker workflow) and externally (government, customers), creating a solution for all the stakeholders related to the winemaking ecosystem.
